So long, farewell!

A few weeks back I blogged about a couple of forgotten characters in Midieville that may or may not make a return in future stories, or our upcoming Nintendo Wii U game Of Mages & Pages.  Today I'd like to share about a character that never appeared in Midieville who we have decided will not be realized.  Princess Thafi, the daughter to Mathos.

King Mathos was originally going to be an older royal who lived in the White Castle with his daughter, Thafi. Thafi was planned to be a sassy teenager who was often kidnapped by the Black Knight, or who would ask questions the audience may want answered.  Basically she was like Blonde originally was in Hatman & Indigo.  We have since decided to make King Mathos much younger, and single, so it wouldn't make sense for him to have a teenage daughter.

So, we say "so long, farewell" to the unpublished teenage daughter of our good king.

A Word on Blogs

Hi I’m the Black Nite. As if me life wasn’t already difficult, what with all the secret missions I complete for the great King Anell, I’ve been asked to rite a bog. I know. It makes no sense to me neither but the message must have been writ by some buffoon ‘cause it said blog, which we all no don’t exist. Me bog is out behind me tower. It’s got a few fish lots of frogs and is quite smelly. Rumor has it some bog witch once spent time there but I ain’t never seen her. That’s about it except I don’t go there much since I don’t like being wet. No one visits me anyhow but if you want to I’ll show it to you if you come here. I have no idea how I’m sposed to rite more about it.

So, Friday I posted an image of what the character of the Gold Knight will most likely look like in our Wii U game Of Mages & Pages.  Today I give you The Black Knight and how he will likely look in our game.

NEW CHARACTERS: The Golden Knight

Our Nintendo Wii U game, Of Mages & Pages will feature some new characters.  I'd like to do a short series introducing each of them briefly.  The first new character is The Golden Knight.  This addition to the team is narcissism personified.  The Golden Knight sees himself as the bravest, second most important person in all the Land of Midieville; second only to the good King Mathos.

What does he look like?  Well, he's a knight and his armor is gold.  That's all you need to know for now.

I'll be back in a week or so to tease another interesting tidbit of the game.
